Adjustment of stamping parts and processing flow of sheet metal stamping parts

(1) Adjustment of blank holder force for stamping parts

When wrinkles are evenly generated around the parts, it should be judged that the pressing force is insufficient, and the wrinkles can be eliminated by gradually increasing the pressing force. When the conical and hemispherical parts are stretched, most of the materials are in the suspended state at the beginning of drawing. It is easy to produce side wall wrinkling, so in addition to increasing the blank holder force, it is necessary to increase the inner diameter tensile stress of the plate by increasing the pick-up and extension reinforcement to eliminate wrinkles.

(2) Influence of radius of die fillet

If the fillet radius of the die is too large, the blank will flow into the die, and the bending resistance of the die will be reduced. The smaller the bending resistance, the more prone to wrinkle. The smaller the die radius is, the greater the bending resistance of bending deformation is, the less wrinkling is, but it is easy to cause cracking and scuffing.

(3) Tensile effect

The distribution of material flow resistance along the die mouth has a direct relationship with the drawing. On the concave and convex curve positions, excessive stretching can cause uneven distribution of deformation resistance and wrinkle, which should be avoided as far as possible.

Through a lot of production experience, it is proved that the main reason for the wrinkling of stamping parts is the accumulation of materials in the process of drawing and the excessive speed of local material movement. In the actual solution, we should consider the above aspects to adjust the corresponding mechanism of the mold, which will achieve good results.

Measures to prevent wrinkling of stamping parts

The method to prevent wrinkling is to ensure that the die can hold down the material in the drawing process of the metal stamping parts, and ensure the reasonable flow speed of the sheet metal. If the sheet metal flows too fast during drawing, it will cause wrinkling; on the other hand, if the sheet flow is too slow, the stamping part will crack.

The process flow of customized sheet metal stamping parts, namely the so-called process flow, may vary with the structure of sheet metal parts

1. The blanking of punch press is the stamping forming of the flat part structure after the parts are unfolded in one or more steps by using the punch press. Its advantages are short working time, high speed and low processing cost. It is often used in batch production.

2. NC cutting, NC cutting, NC cutting at first to write the NC machining program. It is to use the programming software to write the developed drawing into the recognizable program of NC machining machine tool, and let it follow these programs step by step on an iron plate to punch out the structural shape of its flat piece.

3. Laser cutting is to use laser cutting method to cut the structural shape of a plate on an iron plate.

4. Design and draw the part drawing of sheet metal parts, also known as three views. Its function is to express the structure of sheet metal parts by drawing.

5. Drawing the unfolded drawing, that is to unfold a complex part into a flat part.

6. There are many ways of blanking, mainly including the following ways: cutting. It is to use the Shearer to cut out the shape, length and width of the expanded drawing. If there is punching and corner cutting, then turn the punch to punch and cut the angle with the die.

The process flow of customized sheet metal stamping parts is the so-called process flow. With the difference of sheet metal structure, the process flow may be different
